  • Who is Materact designed for?

    Materact is designed for schools that want to strengthen students independent study in mathematics while supporting teachers through the responsible use of AI. It empowers students with tools that help them learn and understand more deeply, while giving teachers full visibility and control over how AI is used by their students.

  • What curricula does Materact cover?

    Materact supports a wide range of secondary mathematics programmes, including A Levels (Pearson Edexcel, AQA and OCR), International A Levels (Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge CIE), IGCSE (Pearson Edexcel), and GCSE (Edexcel, AQA and OCR). We’re also working on expanding to the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) to ensure full coverage across British and international curricula.

  • What devices does Materact work on?

    Materact works seamlessly on modern browsers across tablets, laptops, and desktops, and can also be downloaded as an app on student devices. We recommend tablets for students, and laptops for teachers.

  • How does Materact handle data and privacy?

    Materact is fully GDPR compliant, ensuring all student and school data is protected and processed responsibly. Schools remain the data controllers, while Materact acts as the processor. All information is securely stored on AWS servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls to safeguard privacy.

  • What support and training do schools receive?

    Every school receives dedicated support throughout setup and usage. We provide onboarding sessions for both teachers and students, along with quick-start guides and video walkthroughs. Our team remains available for technical or pedagogical questions to ensure a smooth experience.

  • How does pricing work?

    Pricing is based on a per-student licence, and schools can choose the number of licences that best fit their needs.
